GS Yuasa Battery Ltd.
GS Yuasa Battery Ltd., a GS Yuasa Corporation (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 6674) group company, will hold the 15th GS YUASA ECO Art Contest for Elementary School Students from October 1, 2023 to January 12, 2024.
We have held this contest since 2009 in the hope that it will encourage children and their families to think together about what the environment means.
This year marks the 15th edition of the contest. We invite elementary school students to create artwork about nature as we ask them to consider the theme of “Nature of the Future and Us”.
Following careful consideration, submitted artwork will be selected for the following prizes: the Gold Prize, the Environment Minister’s Prize, the Silver Prize, the Bronze Prize, the NICKER COLOUR Prize, Honorable Mention, and the Organization Award. Winners will receive prizes that include a trip to Yakushima, a Natural World Heritage site.*1 In addition, all applicants will also receive an original canvas pouch.
Through such CSR activities, our company aims to contribute to the formation of an environmentally conscious society. We look forward to seeing your submissions.
