GS Yuasa Corporation hereby notifies that GS Yuasa International Ltd. (the Company) approved the following list of changes of the Board of Directors effective as of June 26 at the Board of Directors Meeting held on May 20, 2024. This change will be made official at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for the late June, 2024.
