The GS YUASA OPEN 2024 ITF World Tennis Tour W25 Kyoto, a women's professional tennis tournament sponsored by GS Yuasa, was held from September 15 to 22 in Kyoto.

This tournament, certified by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Japan Tennis Association (JTA), serves as a gateway for female tennis players aspiring to compete internationally. GS Yuasa has supported this event since 1990*.

The tournament featured intense matches, with Momoko Kobori winning the singles competition, and the doubles title going to the pair of Anri Nagata and Ikumi Yamazaki.

In addition to this tournament, GS Yuasa has continued to promote sports culture by sponsoring various sporting events and partnering with professional golfer Mao Saigo, KYOTO SANGA F.C., and MIE Honda HEAT. Moving forward, GS Yuasa will continue to contribute to the promotion of sports culture and the development of local communities through these activities.
